Hotwire Entertainment offers competitive rates with several options you can add to make your event even more memorable. Below is how we are priced.

WEDDING PACKAGE - $450
   - Up to 4 hours of on site play time
   - Wireless Microphones
   - Wedding Reception Planning Packet
   - 2 face-to-face planning sessions including one meeting at venue
   - Additional Hours can be added at $75 per hour
   - Gold Lightshow
   - Bigger Lightshow can be added at additional cost

SCHOOL DANCE PACKAGE - $400
   - Up to 3 hours of on site play time
   - Dance music
   - Only radio-edit "clean" music
   - Wireless Microphone
   - Gold Lightshow
   - Bigger Lightshow can be added at additional cost
   - Free Giveouts

OTHER EVENTS - $350
   - Up to 3 hours of on site play time
   - Light Shows added at additional cost
   - Additional Hours can be added at $75 per hour
   - Use Code "Save my Age" to receive a discount on birthday parties

Lighting packages are added unless your package above comes with a light show. If your package comes with a lightshow, downgrades are no additional charge, upgrades are charged as follows:

PLATNIUM LIGHTING PACKAGE - $175
   - Multi Truss System

UP LIGHTING PACKAGE - $75
   - Lighting in floor mounted and changes the color of walls

CUSTOM LIGHT SHOW - $200
   - You make the colors
   - You choose the fixtures
   - Customized to your own personal taste and preference
   - Custom Gobo
   - Must give six months notice in advance to receive

Wedding Ceremony Sound Re-enforcement
   - PA system for the ceremony with three wireless lapel microphones, two black and one white - $100
