Q:  WHAT GEOGRAPHIC AREA DOES YOUR COMPANY COVER?

A:  MOSTLY CENTRAL ALABAMA BUT WE WILL GO ANYWHERE IN THE STATE, AND PARTS OF NEARBY STATES.

 

 

Q:  HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR DJ? 
A:  SOME DATES ARE FILLED AS FAR AS A YEAR IN ADVANCE.  ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR EVENT DATE SET, YOU SHOULD BE LOCKING IN YOUR ENTERTAINMENT.

 

 

Q:  WILL YOU TAKE REQUESTS?

A:  YES.  WE HAVE A MASSIVE MUSIC LIBRARY, WE CAN ACCOMMODATE ALMOST ANY REQUEST.  YOU CAN SPECIFY SONGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO HEAR AS WELL AS ONES YOU DO NOT WANT PLAYED.  YOU SET THE GUIDELINES.

 

 

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR MUSIC POLICIES?

A:  WE WILL PLAY WHAT YOU OR YOUR GUEST WANT UNLESS WE FEEL THAT THE SONG IS UNAPROPRIATE FOR THE AGE GROUP SELECTED.  ALL OF OUR MUSIC IS EDDITED FOR CONTENT BUT SOME SONGS MAY STILL VERY SUGGESTIVE OR MAY STILL BE WHAT WE CONSIDER INAPROPRIATE.   EXAMPLE; "LOLLIPOP" BY LIL' WAYNE IS AN EXAMPLE OF A SONG WE WILL NOT PLAY FOR ANY AGE GROUP UNDER 18.

 

 

Q:  WHY ARE YOU BEING SO STRICT ON MUSIC I DON'T CARE WHAT MY KIDS LISTEN TO?

A:  THATS MY RULE, I HAVE A LIST OF SONGS LIKE THAT, IF YOU DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR KIDS KIDS TO LISTEN TO IT, SO BE IT I CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT TO DO IN THAT CASE BUT I'M NOT GOING TO LET THEM ON MY TIME.  IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT FIND ANOTHER DJ.

 

 

 

Q:  DO YOU PROVIDE A WRITTEN CONTRACT?

A:  YES.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO BOTH PARTIES THAT THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT ARE CONFIRMED IN WRITING.  THE RETURN OF THE SIGNED ENTERTAINMENT AGREEMENT ALONG WITH THE DEPOSIT GUARANTIES THE BOOKING.

 

 

Q:  WHEN IS MY BALANCE DUE AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A:  THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE THE DATE OF THE EVENT.  WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS. YOU CAN PAY THE BALANCE IN ADVANCE IF THAT IS YOUR PREFERENCE.

 

 

Q:  WILL I GET TO MEET MY DJ IN ADVANCE?

A:  IF YOU SO CHOOSE TO.  WE LIKE TO ARRANGE A MEETING FOR ALL EVENTS BUT ON ANY WEDDING RECEPTION WE WILL MAKE A POINT TO MEET WITH YOU BEFORE THE DATE.  WE ARE HERE FOR YOU AND WE WILL MAKE UNLIMITED AMOUTN OF PHONE, IN PERSON, OR EMAIL CONSULTATIONS.

 

 

Q:  IS YOUR EQUIPMENT RELIABLE?

A:  WE BRING ONLY PROFESSIONAL QUALITY EQUIPMENT FROM BRANDS LIKE AMERICAN DJ, JBL, MONSTER, ON STAGE STANDS, & ELATION, TO YOUR EVENT,  WE ALSO PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TO KEEP THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.  PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE EQUIPMENT PAGE TO SEE WHAT WE USE.

 

 

Q:  WHAT TIME WILL YOU SHOW UP FOR THE EVENT?

A:  WE LIKE TO BEGIN SETTING UP AS FAR AS 2 1/2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR EVENT.  WE TAKE PRIDE IN HIDDING CABLES AND WIRES AND CLEANING UP THE AREA WE ARE SETING UP IN IT SOMETIMES TAKE LONGER, IF THE SET-UP IS DIFFICULT DUE TO STAIRS OR OTHER OBSTACLES, WE WILL ARRIVE EVEN EARLIER.



Q:  WHAT DOES YOUR SETUP LOOK LIKE, AND HOW MUCH SPACE WILL IT TAKE UP?

A:  OUR SETUP CAN BE ARRANGED TO SETUP IN A SPACE AS SMALL AS 10X10X8 FEET, BUT IF YOU COULD ARRANGE TO HAVE ABOUT 14X10X12 THE SETUP WILL BE PERFECT.

 

 

Q:  CAN YOU STAY OVER THE CONTRACTED TIME?

A:  YES, THIS IS ACTUALLY QUITE COMMON.  OUR CONTRACT STIPULATES THE CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL TIME.  WE ARE COMMITTED TO ENTERTAINING YOUR GUESTS AS LONG AS THEY WISH TO PARTY.

A:  YES.  WE WILL BE GLAD TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A LIST OF REFERENCES BY REQUEST.
